At Aditus 🧘‍♀️ It is more than just a cold plunge. We want to provide you with a surreal experience in this power packed session which will leave you feeling revitalised. 

Here is what our sessions look like: 

1.) We’ll start with some fun games to get you moving and feeling comfortable. 

2.) Then, we’ll guide you through breathing exercises to help you stay present in the moment and in tune with your body and mind. 

3.) After that, we’ll lead you through specially designed movements (somatic releases) to release stress and tension stored in different parts of your body. 

4.) Finally, we’ll wrap up with a refreshing cold plunge to leave you feeling revitalized.
