Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds or Cancellations
All payments made for Aditus services are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes Breath and Plunge Sessions, Mini Retreats, Retreats, Private Sessions, Collaborations, Corporate Shows and Personal Training Sessions. Once a payment is made, cancellations or requests for refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Payment Errors
In the event of an error during payment, the debited amount will be credited back to the participant's account within 7 days. Aditus will not be liable for any additional payments or fees incurred.

3. Service-Specific Policies

• Breath and Plunge Sessions: No refunds or cancellations. Sessions cannot be carried over or rescheduled once booked.

• Mini Retreats: No refunds or cancellations. Sessions cannot be carried over or rescheduled once booked.

• Retreats: No refunds or cancellations. The booking is final and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

• Personal Training Sessions: No refunds or cancellations. Sessions must be attended as scheduled and cannot be transferred.
   

4. Termination of Services
Aditus reserves the right to terminate services unilaterally. In such cases, any applicable amounts or pro-rata refunds will be processed within 7-8 days to the original payment method.
 

5. Unauthorized Transactions

Aditus is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted on our platform. No refunds will be issued in such instances.
